Why did you resign from your previous job?
I resign from my previous job because of my experience that I have and The salary was not so as my experience and my skills but I will be always thankful to my previous company there I lean how to keep calm at stressed position, how to complete task on time etc.
Firstly I would like to thanks to my previous organization where I learnt so many thing. During my position, I really gained many very important personal characteristics and professional skills. First, I learned how to manage difficult tasks and solve problems effectively, so that they never repeat. Second, I learned to communicate positively with people with different points of view, when it is required to do the best to encourage agreement. Third, I learned to stand strong for my point of view, no matter how difficult it can be.
I would like to do more challenging work to improve my skills and ability therefore I’m looking for a better opportunity and I’m also very thankful to my previous company forgiving chance as fresher and I learnt a lot of knowledge from it.
Tell me about a situation when your work was criticized.
Yes, When we are Criticized only we will achieve success, a mistakes makes a human to learn perfectly, and will change to improve oneself. No humans are perfect, everyone learns from mistakes. If someone criticized we have to take positive and proof ourself we are perfect.
What was the toughest challenge you have ever faced?
In my current project. Last six months before, Some serious injury happened to my Team lead and she only takes care of Business Consolidation System (BCS) activity and no one else in the team knows about BCS and its configuration. I came forward and took in charge of this activity.
I handles this situation by reading existing configuration documents, took process understanding with Client and proactively interacted with client for any issues. And delivered the task before time and with no SLA’s. That was the toughest time I had where in fixed duration I need to deliver the task with Zero Delinquency. My Positive approach/ Confidence in myself/ enthusiasm to do help me alot.
Sir, every new work was the toughest challenge for me, so its very difficult to recognize that which was the toughest challenge for me in my career. Though that was the toughest challenge for me but I gained lots of knowledge from this.

Sir/Mam, I have personal goals in life which I can achieve by dedication and giving my 100% on the job every day. This in return gives me the “Satisfaction” which worth more than money.
For a person to earn more money, the talent and his effectiveness in work is needed. So when you gain more knowledge and improve it, automatically we will reach to the heights with a position and money.
Its not important that how much money we are getting, its important that are we earning it. Are we up to it. If knowledge and experience comes, then is it a big deal to make money.
Im sure that one day il be earning a good salary, because I am leaning good.
My first aim to get as too much technical knowledge in next few years where more money don’t matter. I can make money any time where my excellent skills break all barriers to make more money.

In hard work input is more and output is less.
Whereas in smart work with less input we get more output.
Smart work: work done for the good efficiency and no strain.
Hard work: work done for the effectiveness and strain.
can-you-work-under-pressure
Definitely sir, I can work under pressure as well.
Because, I think in pressure anybody try to give his best and because of this the skills which are even unknown to him.
So under pressure I CAN EXPLORE my strengths. So I would love to work in any situation.
Yes, Sir Absolutely because if I continuously work on my comfort level it will take more time to achieve my goal in this organisation but if sometimes I have to work in under pressure I would like to work in pressure because in pressure I can work smartly and try to learn more things and after that it will help me to achieve my goal soon than comfort level in an organisation.
Long term and short term goal
My short term goal is to get into an organization where with the help of proper encouragement and guidance I can grow myself.
